Unless otherwise stated, Shiny Proxima Ltd and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Shiny Proxima. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Shiny Proxima for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
You must not:

RIGHT TO CANCEL

• If the client is not completely satisfied with Shiny Proxima Ltd after one week (5 Days) from the start of the project, the client may immediately cancel this Agreement by notifying Shiny Proxima Ltd in writing via email.
• A cancellation fee of 10% will apply, once we start work on your project.
• If you want to cancel your project with Shiny Proxima after 5 days, the longer it passes, the additional charges will apply based on how many resources we have occupied on your project. Shiny Proxima will deduct cancellation plus additional charges (multiply by days) from the advance payment you have paid before the start of the project. The rest amount will be refunded.
• In case of cancellation charges, advance payment is less than you owe to us, we will write to you to clear over dues otherwise Shiny Proxima will start a civil suit against you to recover due pending payment.
• The Parties further concur that the CLIENT shall be responsible for paying the cancellation Fees of 5% as an admin fee from the effective date of termination of this Agreement in the event that this Agreement is terminated for any reason prior to beginning

NOTICE
Any notice given by one party to the other pursuant to this Contract shall be sent to the other party in writing at the specified address. The same has to be acknowledged by the receiver in writing.

MODIFICATION IN TERMS
Any modifications to these terms and conditions must be made prospectively, and that can only be accepted if they are documented in writing and signed by the client (the first party) and Shiny Proxima Ltd. (Agency).

CONFIDENTIALITY
Any sensitive information obtained from the Client should be treated in confidence by The Shiny Proxima ("Agency"). Unless it is necessary to comply with legal obligations, the Agency must get the Client's express prior agreement before disclosing any such information.

EVALUATION
At the start of each quarter, the Client and the Agency shall review their performance under this Agreement and, where necessary, take remedial action.

Employment Contract
According to the needs of its Group of Companies, including the services they demand, Shiny Proxima will hire the employee. Every employee must adhere to:-

• The hiring policy of Shiny Proxima (TK Group of Companies) is probationary bases for the first quarter.
• A month's notice before leaving the company is required. Any employee who resigns from their post will receive pro rata compensation.
• The employer has the right to fire an employee immediately if it believes that they have committed any violations. If the employee violates corporate policies, the corporation has the right to file a lawsuit against them.
• If an employee quits their job without giving a one-month notice, the employer won't release their money; instead, it will be confiscated
• Shiny Proxima may assign any job depending on the circumstances.
• Shiny Proxima can switch employee responsibilities based on the demand for its services and opportunities for advancement.
• Shiny Proxima will ensure that employees do what they're supposed to be assigned and Shiny Proxima will use surveillance apps and programs to monitor worker productivity. The employee can’t raise their concerns about our work privacy policy.

Content Liability Anything that appears on your website is not our responsibility. You promise to defend us from any allegations made against us on your website. No link(s) should be shown on our website that could be seen as defamatory, obscene, or unlawful, or that violates, encourages the violation of, or infringes upon, the rights of any third party.
